We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator - 12 week contract with the possibility of a permanent position.

Hours of work are 08.00am - 16.30pm - Monday - Friday

To deliver high level, efficient, responsive and comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Team with a 'get it right first time' approach.

This is an excellent working environment where staff work using multiple skills daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet factory visitors, including organising PPE and refreshments where necessary.
Answering the main entrance door.
Arrange all new starter IT equipment
Handle all documentation for job applicants, including reviewing CVs and arranging job offers.
Organising interview packs for interviewers.
To take minutes at meetings whenever required and distributed accordingly.
Provide administration support to the Director of Operations and the Operations Team.
To coordinate, update and manage a range of spreadsheets relating to the work of the Operations Team.
To provide statistical information as required.
Ensuring Daily Attendance registers are scanned in.
Ordering of office supplies, such a stationery, tea, coffee, etc.
Ensuring the office and factory canteen is stocked with tea, coffee and sugar.
Inputting holidays for the factory floor, ensuring data is accurate and correct.
To ensure that annual leave, sickness absences or other leave is recorded.
Ensuring photocopier is maintained with paper and toners.

Key Qualifications and experience:

Excellent communication skills
Excellent PC skills
Fully conversant with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Asite or similar
Professional and confidential working attitude


£11.00 - £12.00 per hour
